NEED HELP? DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZES?
Absolutely. For certain hoodies, shirts and sweaters, we go up to 3XL. If the product doesn’t have your size available, we unfortunately don’t offer your size for that item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We strive to process and ship out orders within 48 hours and Domestic Shipping is estimated as 3 - 5 Business Days. Please be aware some items will ship separately from others! This timing also includes the FREE Shipping option.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification with the tracking number. Depending on the product and your location, it can be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL ORDER, WHERE’S THE REST OF IT?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Some items process faster than others, so in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we shipped what was ready. Embroidered hats, stitched crewnecks/jackets and some accessories are shipped separately from screen-printed items. We’ll be sure to provide tracking numbers for all items that ship.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
Unfortunately, we can no longer provide refunds if you accidentally order the incorrect sizing. PLEASE REVIEW ALL SIZE CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING. We also cannot edit orders once they have been placed, as this includes changing sizes. But we can update shipping addresses up until the product is shipped.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Absolutely, if the product has a defect or is damaged. As stated above, we can no longer provide refunds if you accidentally order the incorrect sizing. Please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Support team at thehbcualum@gmail.com
2) Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged item + order number for the product.
Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will be in contact with you to determine a resolution. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
