REFUND POLICY

Refunds (if applicable)
Our return policy stipulates that the buyer has 20 days from receipt of an item to return it. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period of time, first check your bank or credit card account to determine if the refund has been credited. Be aware that it may take several weeks or longer before a refund is officially posted. In the event that these steps have been exhausted and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at thehbcualum@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. We will not accept returned items with a shipping fee to be paid by the merchant.

Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact us at thehbcualum@gmail.com for the return address. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
